1. Choose Your Unit Size

Everybody’s storage needs are different and that’s why we have many different sizes of units to suit your specific needs.

Unit cost is based on floor size, so remember to take full advantage of the room height (at least 7ft) to save you more money.

Ground Floor Storage Units

Our ground floor units are perfect for when you need frequent access to your goods, have large items like wardrobes to store or just want the convenience of ground floor storage.

First Floor Storage Units

If you have smaller items like boxes, bikes or generally anything you can fit in the boot of a car, we have units on our first floor and offer a FIRST FLOOR UNIT – 10% SAVING for the same sized units compared to the price of a ground floor unit. You just need to be able to carry your goods up a small flight of stairs.

2. View & Reserve Your Unit

Our team are ready to take your call to arrange a viewing at your convenience 01254 886 086. We always recommend you view our storage units before booking to ensure you can visualise and plan how you will store your things.

When you’ve chosen your unit and agreed a date to start your storage term, you just need to complete a short Storage Licence Agreement and provide a proof of Identification e.g. Passport or Drivers Licence, and proof of address e.g. Utilities Bill or Bank Statement.

To keep things easy, we charge on a calendar month basis rather than weekly, and payments are due in advance of the monthly storage period. There is also a one month refundable deposit required at the start of your term which we will refund when you move out.

3. Pack & Bring Your Things

It’s important to organise, package and insure your things before putting them into storage. We will help and offer advice on this part of the process during your viewing.

4. Move In and Enjoy Storing!

You’re free to move your things in at your convenience, and our high tech security access system allows you the flexibility to come and go 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you will always have access to your things when you need them.

Your unit will be locked by you with your own padlock to ensure that only you have access. If your storage needs change during your stay you can change to a smaller or larger unit at any time (subject to availability).

When the time comes for you to move your things out, all you need to do is give us 7 days’ notice and return your key(s).
